Hi! I love your videos they have helped me a lot. I have a question with employment history. How should I put my history if I work as an independent contractor/Freelance. I work as a production assistant for commercials, tv production and film but throughout a month I can be working maybe 3 days for a commercial a week off and another full week on a reality show. Usually the producers reach out to me that they need a production assistant so I say yes or no. Should I just put the history from the moment I started working independently? or do i have to put every individual job i took?

hello, i just have a question because i petitioned my dad and i am a US citizen. His I-130 petition got approved just last month May 2024 and after that i paid all the fees and also i already submitted the affidavit of support and civil documents. But today i received a rejected document that my dad's birth certificate is unreadable/difficult to read. is there any other or secondary document that i can submit to the NVC?

So my wife made 30k and she has 2 kids that she mentions in the tax returns and the house hold with me goes upto 39k but she only made 30k last year but she receives 12 child support every year that adds the 30k and 12k . Does USCIS consider only the tax returns or the child support as what? If not what are other ways ? Thank you

One question is that I remember you mentioned in one of your videos that if you are filling the i485 with the i131 and the i765 you wouldn’t need to pay the fee for the last two, but I looked at the uscis website and it says there is a fee if you ate filling after april 2024.
