Will that be where I live, Kansas City/Lees Summit, MO or Chicago, IL? Trying to use processing times link to get estimated wait time. Also, I already have my EAD valid for next 1.5 year, so didn't filed for it I-765. Would help to make case easier and speedy?

Hello!! Could you please make a video on stowaway cases? My sibling is over 21 and a US citizen so he could sponsor my dad. Hello! My fiance will be arriving here on a K1 visa probably either late this year 2024 or early next year 2025. If he arrives around March 2025, am I supposed to submit tax returns for the past 3 years or just the most recent one for 2024 and 2023 and 2022 by that time? If he arrives late 2024, am I supposed to submit previous 3 years? My concern is that in 2022, I only worked for 4 months total because I spent most of the year on vacation in his country. So my income for 2022 definitely does not meet poverty guidelines. Then in 2021, I was married and I had a joint tax return. So i’m not sure which info from that tax return I should submit

Little concerned in our case. We got an RFE don't know what for. My husband was on a work visa for 10 plus years so he has 40 credit hours and we sent evidence of that. I am wondering if she should just fill out the form. I have made consistently well over the poverty line for the last couple of years. It just stinks for him to have paid into the system for all this time and not get credit for it

One question: with the new fee increase in the I-131, I’m questioning if I should even apply… I read on their instructions that if I depart from the US before getting my Advance Parole Document issued, my application for the APD will be considered abandoned. I’m currently on an H1B visa and I’m planning on going on a trip outside of the US about 2 months after my application; I know that my Green Card application won’t be affected thanks to the exception of also having an active H1B at the time of reentry, but do you know if the same exception would be applied for the Advance Parole? Or as is stated in the instructions, it would be considered abandoned? Thank you sooo much for all your work!

The trickiest part over here is 24.a, 24.b and 24.c. From what I understand after reading an instruction from the website, we are not obligated to include last 3 years, only one year is required, and the form itself says that. So seems like we are not obligated to enter 24.b and 24.c in this form, we should do it only if we feel that our last year wasn't good enough. At least that is how I understand that. Otherwise it's hard to understand whether we meet the requirement of total income or not, what if our last year income was $150 000, but the previous two years had let's say $5000 ?
